1. Normally, we pack the products with Carton / fly case / wooden case
2. Normally, we mark the products with our own brand “OAO lights”, but we also can mark them with buyer’s brand or without any logo.

Shipping :

1. For samples, it is 2-5 work days (shipping by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/EMS)
2. For bulk order, it is 10-20 work days depend on the order quantity, (shipping by sea or by air)
3. We never delay shipment ! but we need to prepare all of the materials and all of the products must be assembly debugging, aging test process and testing ok before delivery, we need time to do all to ensure maximum product quality , so, please confirm the order with us in advance.
